How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Core, peel, and cut the apples into small pieces.
  • Peel and cut kiwi into small pieces.
  • Hull and cut strawberries into small pieces.
  • Mix all fruit, jam, and orange juice into a food processor or blender.
  • Set aside in fridge.
  • Spay a cookie sheet with Pam.
  • Cut tortillas into triangular chips and arrange on pan in a single layer.
  • Spay tortillas with Pam and sprinkle them with cinnamon and sugar.
  • Bake in the oven for 8 minutes.
  • Serve tortillas with the chilled fruit salsa.
