For some reason, I always end up making this for Haloween. Don't ask me why. This really is the best chili I've ever tasted. The ingrediants are fresh and the combination of meats
makes all the difference.

Put together this recipe and it was really good. Having the hamburger helped calm down the wildness of the venison. I omitted the black beans per a guest's request but next time I'll be adding them. Enjoyed the thickness of this dish. Everyone, including some that didn't care too much for venison, liked it and gave several compliments. I bet this recipe would be great with sasauge as well. Try it!
