How to make it

  • Heat a little of vegetable oil in a pan and fry the cut yellow peppers and the whole garlics.
  • Beat this preparation and add the cheese and the oil, beating until it gets a cream. If it’s too much dense, you can add a little of milk.
  • Serve over cooked potatoes cut in halves. Decorate with sliced eggs, olives and lettuce.
