How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Melt butter and toss cracker crumbs in the melted butter.
- Combine corn, eggs and 1 cup saltines in butter, sugar and salt.
- Pour into a 1 1/2 quart oven proof dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray
- Top with remaining cracker crumbs.
- Bake for 30 minutes covered with aluminum foil.
- Uncover for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown and is set.
