Salmon Puffs

- 8 ounces canned salmon drained shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 1/4 cup green pepper chopped shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 eggs separated shopping list
How to make it
- Combine salmon, milk, mushrooms and green pepper then bake at 375.
- Meanwhile beat egg whites with salt until stiff.
- Beat egg yolks then fold whites into yolks a little at a time.
- Pour over salmon mixture and return to oven for another 20 minutes.
