How to make it

  • Seperate the eggs.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  • Add the sugar, cream, egg yolks and salt.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Allow until thickened, about 1 minute.
  • Remove fromheat.
  • Stir in the pecans.
  • Allow to cool to room teperature.
Seperate eggs   Close

Stir in the rest   Close
Stir in the pecans   Close
