S and N Meatloaf

Some of you may have already made the S & N all purpose sauce. So here is a recipe to help you use it up.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or venison shopping list
- 1/2 lb ground pork (pork sausage works well also) shopping list
- 1 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1 diced onion shopping list
- 1/2 diced red bell pepper shopping list
- 1 egg slightly beaten shopping list
- 4 oz tomato paste shopping list
- 4 oz S & N all purpose sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbs Essence shopping list
- 3/4 to 1 cup bread crumbs (crushed crackers work as well) shopping list
- Topping: shopping list
- 1/3 cup S & N all purpose sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbs brown sugar shopping list
- 1 Tbs prepared mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat oven to 375 degrees F
- Mix all meatloaf ingredients well.
- Place in loaf pan
- Topping:
- Mix ingredients for topping, spread on loaf.
- Bake for 45 mins to 1 hr.
