Zucchini Skillet Recipe

This is very good and smells wonderful when cooking. You can add pretty much anything you want. I have added celery, carrots, jalapeno peppers and corn. Depends what is in the fridge. Serve with a crusty garlic bread.

Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 large zucchini, chopped in thick bite size pieces
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 T. Italian seasoning
- Grated cheese, opt.
Directions
- Brown hamburger in large skillet. Drain grease.
- Add garlic, pepper and onion, sauté for a couple min.
- Add zucchini, tomatoes and seasoning.
- Cook on med heat till everything is tender.
- Top with cheese if using.

Sounds wonderful! I've been looking for good zucchini recipes. :) My Mom used to cook zucchini with canned crushed tomatoes and then melt mozzarella on top----it was really good. Thanks for sharing your recipe. :)
