Classic Thai sauce... Use a a dip or drizzle over fried rice. Very unique taste, not as fishy as you'd think.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c Fish Sauce
  • 1/8 c Lime Juice
  • 2 Cloves garlic (minced or pressed)
  • 5 Thai chilies (seeded or not, to your taste) thinly sliced into rounds

Directions
  1. Mix together in a non-reactive bowl (glass, plastic or porcelain, NOT metal).
  2. Let rest at least 2 hours, over night preferably
  3. Enjoy!
