Great use for a roast. The secret surprise seems to be the dill weed.

Ingredients
  • 1 Boneless Chuck Roast (2 - 2-1/2 lbs)
  • 2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 3 T Butter or Margarine
  • 1 8oz Can Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Worstershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Dill Weed
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 8 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 Pkg Noodles, any type

Directions
  1. Cut Chuck Roast into 1 inch cubes.
  2. In large deep pan, cook beef and onion powder in butter, until meat is browned.
  3. Meanwhile, mix together the next 9 ingredients. (everything except the sour cream)
  4. Add mixture to browned beef
  5. Bring to a boil
  6. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 2 hours
  7. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
  8. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
