How to make it

  • Cut Chuck Roast into 1 inch cubes.
  • In large deep pan, cook beef and onion powder in butter, until meat is browned.
  • Meanwhile, mix together the next 9 ingredients. (everything except the sour cream)
  • Add mixture to browned beef
  • Bring to a boil
  • Reduce heat and cover. Simmer 2 hours
  • Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
  • Serve over hot cooked noodles.
