This is so easy to make and very yummie. I love berries and chocolate together and the crunchies just add fun to the whole dish! You can use just one type of berries with the strawberries or a combination. Comes out good either way. Recently I us... More

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pints fresh berries (blackberries, blueberries and/or raspberries)
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 6 peanut butter sandwich cookies
  • large zip-top bag
  • 2 cups pressurized chocolate whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Directions
  1. Rinse all fruit and place mixed berries in medium bowl.
  2. Remove stems from strawberries and cut into bite-size pieces, add to berries. Gently mix.
  3. Place cookies in zip-top bag and crush with smooth side of meat mallet or rolling pin.
  4. Place 1/2 cup berries in each dessert bowl.
  5. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon cookie crumbs and about 1/4 cup chocolate whipped topping.
  6. Repeat layers and drizzle top with 1 tablespoon syrup.
  7. Chill until ready to serve.
