Berry Chocolate Crunch

This is so easy to make and very yummie. I love berries and chocolate together and the crunchies just add fun to the whole dish! You can use just one type of berries with the strawberries or a combination. Comes out good either way. Read more Recently I used just raspberries and strawberries and it was delightful. See less
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pints fresh berries (blackberries, blueberries and/or raspberries) shopping list
- 1 pint fresh strawberries shopping list
- 6 peanut butter sandwich cookies shopping list
- large zip-top bag shopping list
- 2 cups pressurized chocolate whipped cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse all fruit and place mixed berries in medium bowl.
- Remove stems from strawberries and cut into bite-size pieces, add to berries. Gently mix.
- Place cookies in zip-top bag and crush with smooth side of meat mallet or rolling pin.
- Place 1/2 cup berries in each dessert bowl.
- Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon cookie crumbs and about 1/4 cup chocolate whipped topping.
- Repeat layers and drizzle top with 1 tablespoon syrup.
- Chill until ready to serve.
