A wonderful marinade for your favorite steak.

Ingredients
  • 1 clove minced garlic,
  • 2 tbl freshly grated ginger root
  • 2 tbl honey
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. sherry

Directions
  1. Mix in a medium bowl, garlic, ginger, honey, vegetable oil, soy sauce and sherry,. Marinate your steaks for no less than 4 hours before you grill as desired.
