A wonderful marinade for your favorite steak.

Ingredients
- 1 clove minced garlic,
- 2 tbl freshly grated ginger root
- 2 tbl honey
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. sherry
Directions
- Mix in a medium bowl, garlic, ginger, honey, vegetable oil, soy sauce and sherry,. Marinate your steaks for no less than 4 hours before you grill as desired.
