Ingredients

1 clove minced garlic,

2 tbl freshly grated ginger root

2 tbl honey

1/3 c. vegetable oil

1/3 c. soy sauce

1/3 c. sherry

Directions

Mix in a medium bowl, garlic, ginger, honey, vegetable oil, soy sauce and sherry,. Marinate your steaks for no less than 4 hours before you grill as desired.
