Creamy Mashed Potato Casserole

- 6 potatoes cubed and cooked until fork tender shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients except cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- With an electric mixer blend until smooth.
- Spoon mixture into a lightly greased casserole dish.
- Cover and bake at 325 for 40 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese then bake 10 minutes longer.
