Cold Or Warm 6 Layer Spicy Mexican Dip

- 8oz spicy refried beans shopping list
- 2 - 3 ripe avocados shopping list
- mayonnaise (1/4 cup +/- depending on amount of avocado) shopping list
- 16 oz sour cream shopping list
- 1 package taco seasoning shopping list
- 1 bunch of green onions chopped (use entire onion minus the ends) shopping list
- 3 - 4 tomatoes chopped shopping list
- 16 oz shredded cheese (I use a bag of the pre-shredded 4 cheese mexican) shopping list
How to make it
- Layer 1: spicy refried beans
- Layer 2: Avocado & mayo mix
- Layer 3: Sour cream mixture; 16 oz sour cream + 1c mayo + taco seasoning
- Layer 4: Chopped green onions
- Layer 5: Chopped tomato
- Layer 6: Cheese
- Maybe be served cold or warm:
- Cold: Chill 1-1/2 to 2 hours; serve with white corn tortilla chips
- Warm: Heat 20 to 25 minutes in 350 degree oven
