Cold Or Warm 6 Layer Spicy Mexican Dip Recipe
Layered in a clear glass casserole dish this recipe is visually pleasing as well as yummy!

Ingredients
  • 8oz spicy refried beans
  • 2 - 3 ripe avocados
  • Mayonnaise (1/4 cup +/- depending on amount of avocado)
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 bunch of green onions chopped (use entire onion minus the ends)
  • 3 - 4 tomatoes chopped
  • 16 oz shredded cheese (I use a bag of the pre-shredded 4 cheese mexican)

Directions
  1. Layer 1: spicy refried beans
  2. Layer 2: Avocado & mayo mix
  3. Layer 3: Sour cream mixture; 16 oz sour cream + 1c mayo + taco seasoning
  4. Layer 4: Chopped green onions
  5. Layer 5: Chopped tomato
  6. Layer 6: Cheese
  7. Maybe be served cold or warm:
  8. Cold: Chill 1-1/2 to 2 hours; serve with white corn tortilla chips
  9. Warm: Heat 20 to 25 minutes in 350 degree oven
