Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 1 3/4 cup quick oatmeal
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts, if desired

Directions
  1. Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg and bananas.
  2. Add all the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Drop by tsp onto cookie sheets.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes
