Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops
  • butter
  • mushrooms, sliced
  • onion, sliced
  • 8 oz. beer or orange juice
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions
  1. Lightly flour pork chops
  2. Brown chops in a little butter
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and onion
  4. Stir in beer or apple juice
  5. Bring to a boil, cover and low heat
  6. Simmer 7-8 minutes
  7. Season with salt and pepper, to taste
