Potatoes in Cream

- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 1 tablespoon flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced white onion shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1 quart sliced potatoes cooked shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- In a large saucepan melt butter then mix in flour, salt and pepper to make a smooth paste.
- Stir in the onion and cream.
- Cook stirring until mixture is smooth and thickened.
- Add the potatoes and continue to cook until potatoes are heated through then sprinkle on the parsley.
