15 minute chicken and rice dinner

- 1 1/4 lb. slicked chicken breast cutlets shopping list
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups water shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. paprika shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked shopping list
- 2 cups broccoli flowerets shopping list
- 1 tbsp. oil shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the oil in the skillet
- Add chicken; cook until browned
- Remove chicken
- Add soup, water, paprika and pepper; stir
- Heat to a boil
- Stir in rice and broccoli
- Top with chicken
- Season chicken with additional paprika and pepper; cover
- Cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until cooked through
- ***Substitute any reduced fat cream soup for cream of chicken soup, if desired
