15 minute chicken and rice dinner

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 lb. slicked chicken breast cutlets
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
  • 2 cups broccoli flowerets
  • 1 tbsp. oil

Directions
  1. Heat the oil in the skillet
  2. Add chicken; cook until browned
  3. Remove chicken
  4. Add soup, water, paprika and pepper; stir
  5. Heat to a boil
  6. Stir in rice and broccoli
  7. Top with chicken
  8. Season chicken with additional paprika and pepper; cover
  9. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until cooked through
  10. ***Substitute any reduced fat cream soup for cream of chicken soup, if desired
