Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 pkg. (14 oz.) macaroni and cheese dinner

Directions
  1. Spray large skillet with no stick cooking spray
  2. Add chicken
  3. Cook on medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until cooked through, stirring occasionally
  4. Stir in milk, water and macaroni; bring to a boil
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover
  6. Simmer for 15 minutes or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally
  7. Add cheese; stir until well blended
  8. ***Special Extra: Add 1 pkg. (10 oz.) broccoli flowerets, thawed with cheese sauce. Cook until mixture is thoroughly heated.
