How to make it

  • Blend avocados, cream cheese, butter, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce in blender until smooth.
  • Spoon filling into celery pieces, mushroom caps and pepper strips.
  • Top with fresh sprigs of parsley, dill or chopped chives.
  • Sprinkle with paprika, cayenne pepper, parsley flakes or sliced olives or small shrimp.
