Avocado Cream Filled Vegetables

- 2 avocados seeded peeled and mashed shopping list
- 8 ounce package cream cheese softened shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice shopping list
- 6 drops hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 2 stalks celery cut into 3" pieces shopping list
- 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms stems removed shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper seeded and cut into thick strips shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper seeded and cut into thick strips shopping list
- fresh parsley, dill and chives for garnish shopping list
- paprika, cayenne, parsley, sliced olives and small shrimp for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Blend avocados, cream cheese, butter, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce in blender until smooth.
- Spoon filling into celery pieces, mushroom caps and pepper strips.
- Top with fresh sprigs of parsley, dill or chopped chives.
- Sprinkle with paprika, cayenne pepper, parsley flakes or sliced olives or small shrimp.
