This is an extremely easy fudge recipe that can be adapted to your tastes. I like it with mint, but butterscotch is great too! Could probably be done in the microwave! Recipe from my friend Velma's grandmother!

Ingredients
  • 1 c. butterscotch (or mint) chips
  • 1 c. chocolate chips (I used 60% cocao, but semi-sweet is fine)
  • 14 oz condensed milk
  • 2 c. nuts (walnuts, pecans or peanuts, optional)
  • 2 c. marshmallows.

Directions
  1. Melt the chips together.
  2. Stir in Condensed Milk.
  3. Add nuts.
  4. Stir in marshmallows, don't stir too much or they will melt!
  5. Pour into a greased or lined 9x9" pan.
  6. Cool, slice, enjoy!
