- Batter: shopping list
- 3/4 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 2 1/4 cups flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 3/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 1/8 cups milk shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 2 cartons cottage cheese, dry or drained shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 cup golden raisins shopping list
How to make it
- MAKE THE BATTER:
- Cream together the butter and sugar
- Add the vanilla and eggs.
- Beat well.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder
- Add the dry ingredients and milk alternately to the sugar-butter mixture.
- Batter will be thin. set aside.
- MAKE THE FILLING:
- Mix together with a mixer all the remaining ingredients starting with the cottage cheese. Do not add raisins.
- Fold the raisins in by hand.
- Pour halthe BATTER into a greased or sprayed 9x13 pan. Spread evenly.
- Pour all the FILLING over the batter carefully and cover with the remaining Batter.
- Bake one hour at 350 degrees. May be frozen before baking. Thaw before baking.
