How to make it

  • Drain beans, corn, and sauerkraut (reserve sauerkraut juice).
  • Mix together beans, corn and sauerkraut juice in large bowl with lid.
  • Place in refrigerator overnight then stir several times next morning.
  • Fry bacon then remove and drain well.
  • Add bacon to bean mixture then bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
