How to make it

  • Brown chicken in dutch oven for 10 minutes on each side.
  • Remove from pan and add vegetables and canned creamed soup.
  • Add Garlic and remainder of spices. Stir.
  • Return Chicken to the pan with the soup mixture.
  • Turn down and let simmer for at least 1 1/2 hours til chicken looks done. Stirring occasionally.
  • Bring water to boil and add noodles or spaghetti and cook til done.
  • Serve over hot pasta.
  • Any chicken pieces can be used. We prefer legs and thighs.
