How to make it

  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper and garlic salt to own tastes.
  • In a large skillet, brown the chops over medium-high heat. Add the onion and mushrooms-saute for about a minute. Pour soup over chops-cover skillet and reduce to medium-low, simmer for about 25 minutes or until chops cooked through!

    I make this one too! I use two cans of soup though as we LOVE the Gravy it gives it! Great post!
