Ingredients

4 pork chops

salt and pepper to taste

1 pinch of garlic salt-or to your preference

1 onion, chopped

1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Directions

Season pork chops with salt and pepper and garlic salt to own tastes.

In a large skillet, brown the chops over medium-high heat. Add the onion and mushrooms-saute for about a minute. Pour soup over chops-cover skillet and reduce to medium-low, simmer for about 25 minutes or until chops cooked through!
