15 Minute Honey Chicken and Rice with Carrots

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups carrots, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 bags boil in bag rice, prepared

Directions
  1. Heat oil in skillet
  2. Add chicken; cook until browned and cooked through
  3. Remove chicken
  4. Add carrots; cook 3-5 minutes or until tender-crisp
  5. Stir in honey, lemon juice and garlic salt
  6. Top with chicken
  7. Heat to a boil
  8. Season chicken with salt and pepper, to taste
  9. Spoon over rice
