My own recipe for chicken curry so if u have any comments please add them so i can alter the recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Chicken cut and washed
  • 3 medium sized red onions
  • 1/2 a clove of garlic
  • a handfull of curry leaves
  • a handfull of star anaise
  • 1 cube of chicken stock
  • 6 table spoons of coconut milk powder
  • 1/2 a cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 5 medium sized potatoes peeled and cut in whichever way you're comfortable with
  • Curry powder

Directions
  1. Marinate the chicken in curry powder
  2. Heat the oil in a pot
  3. Fry the onions , garlic , star anaise and curry leaves till the onions reach a golden brown.
  4. Add in the chicken and 3 tablespoons of curry powder
  5. Fry the chicken until it is 3/4 cooked
  6. Meanwhile stir 6 tablespoons of coconut milk powder in two cups of warm water
  7. Pour in the coconut milk with the chicken and add aroun 6-7 glasses of water with chicken stalk
  8. throw in the Potatoes
  9. Simmer on low fire till the chicken is done
