Ingredients

How to make it

  • Defrost spinach in microwave for about 1 minute. Squeeze out water & set aside
  • Boil frozen ravioli until it floats to the top
  • Chop garlic cloves, set aside
  • Coat pan with olive oil, melt butter in pan with oil
  • Add chopped garlic, sprinkle of basil, salt & pepper
  • Cook a couple of minutes until garlic soft
  • Add cooked ravioli and mix so it gets covered with garlic sauce
  • Add spinach, cream & sprinkle with parmesan cheese, stir and cook about another 2 minutes or so
  • Add more salt & pepper to taste & serve
  • Top with more parmesan if desired
  • (Sorry I don't really have good measurements. This is my first recipe here. I just made this yesterday for dinner & loved it, so I thought I'd add it here. Hope you like it.)

Hi K7! How I LOVE spinach ravioli. It was the only thing I ate when I was pregnant and my daughter is now 12.I can't find a single restaurant or store that carries them,so your recipe sure comes in handy. Thanks for posting!
