Spinach Garlic Ravioli

- 1/2 Frozen ravioli of your choice (I like mushroom) shopping list
- 1/2 Boxed spinach (defrosted & water squeezed out) shopping list
- 4-6 garlic cloves, chopped shopping list
- extra virgin olive oil (to heavily coat pan) shopping list
- butter (about 1/4 of a stick) shopping list
- heavy cream (about 1/4 to 1/3 cup) shopping list
- dried basil shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
- (sorry, I don't usually measure when I cook) shopping list
How to make it
- Defrost spinach in microwave for about 1 minute. Squeeze out water & set aside
- Boil frozen ravioli until it floats to the top
- Chop garlic cloves, set aside
- Coat pan with olive oil, melt butter in pan with oil
- Add chopped garlic, sprinkle of basil, salt & pepper
- Cook a couple of minutes until garlic soft
- Add cooked ravioli and mix so it gets covered with garlic sauce
- Add spinach, cream & sprinkle with parmesan cheese, stir and cook about another 2 minutes or so
- Add more salt & pepper to taste & serve
- Top with more parmesan if desired
- (Sorry I don't really have good measurements. This is my first recipe here. I just made this yesterday for dinner & loved it, so I thought I'd add it here. Hope you like it.)

Hi K7! How I LOVE spinach ravioli.It was the only thing I ate when I was pregnant and my daughter is now 12.I can't find a single restaurant or store that carries them,so your recipe sure comes in handy.Thanks for posting!
