How to make it

  • Bake salmon. Remove skin. Flake salmon.
  • Add celery, onion, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, and parsley. Mix.
  • Form patties.
  • Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet. Fry patties until golden brown (one can bake these too).
