Ingredients

2 heads of cabbage, sliced, chopped

1 medium carrot, grated

1 medium green pepper, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cups Miracle Whip

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1/2 cup vinegar

Directions

Combine Miracle Whip, sugar, vegetable oil and vinegar in large bowl. Add vegetables and toss. Let sit at least 1 hour in refrigerator better if left longer.

In the kfc coleslaw recipe i have there are no peppers and the carrots, onion, and slaw are chopped real fine also no oil instead use buttermilk i also prefer real mayo and not so much just a cup

I worked at KFC when I was a kid. Wish I kept all the recipes! But I do remember that the coleslaw had yellow mustard. That's a definite ingredient!

There is definatley not any mustard but there is this packet of flavors that they add besides the mayo,carrots,onions,cabbage and sugar and vinegar. I worked ther part time for 6 months last summer
