Cheesy Franks And Potatoes

- 6 hot dogs, halved lengthwise and cut into 1/2-inch pieces shopping list
- 1 T vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted shopping list
- 2/3 cup half-and-half cream shopping list
- 2 medium potatoes, cooked and cubed shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown hot dogs in oil for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove with a slotted spoon. In the same skillet, saute onion and green pepper until tender.
- In a small bowl, combine the soup, cream and onion mixture. Place potatoes in a greased 11x7x2-inch baking dish; sprinkle with salt. Top with hot dogs. Pour soup mixture over all. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
