How to make it

  • Brown hamburger season with salt and pepper to taste and drain grease
  • roll out crescents and folt to make a cone shape and pinch edges
  • lay into a regular size muffin pan. Do not press them
  • set aside
  • put approx 2 Tbls of olive oil in skillet
  • add onion, garlic, mushrooms
  • when mixture starts to carmelize add thyme and rosemary and pinch of salt and pepper
  • let simmer until onions are cooked through
  • put spoonful of meat into crescent
  • then spoonful of onion mixture
  • then meat again
  • top with mozzarella cheese
  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown
  • You can also use ground turkey or chicken
