Ingredients

2 Rolls of Crescents

1lb Hamburger

1 sweet onion finely chopped

1/2 lb chopped mushrooms (fresh)

2 tsp minced garlic

Olive oil

salt and pepper

1 tsp ground thyme

1/2 tsp rosemary

Mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions

Brown hamburger season with salt and pepper to taste and drain grease

roll out crescents and folt to make a cone shape and pinch edges

lay into a regular size muffin pan. Do not press them

set aside

put approx 2 Tbls of olive oil in skillet

add onion, garlic, mushrooms

when mixture starts to carmelize add thyme and rosemary and pinch of salt and pepper

let simmer until onions are cooked through

put spoonful of meat into crescent

then spoonful of onion mixture

then meat again

top with mozzarella cheese

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown

You can also use ground turkey or chicken
