THis cold salad side dish is excellent for those hot days in the summer. Goes great with anything and I assure you, everyone will enjoy it!!

Ingredients
  • 5 cans of drained whole kernal corn
  • 1 medium purple onion (chopped)
  • 1 bottle of Ranch dressing (small)
  • 1 bag of Fritos (small)

Directions
  1. Mix corn and onion in large bowl; add dressing (may not need entire bottle). Refrdgerate to chill. Stir in Fritos when you are ready to serve (otherwise they will get soggy).
