Ingredients
  • CAKE:
  • 1/2 CUP COOKING OIL
  • 2 EGGS
  • 2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
  • 1 CUP GRANULATED SUGar
  • FILLING:
  • 2(8 OUNCE) P ACKAGES SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE
  • 3/4 GRANULATED SUGAR
  • 1 1/2 TEASPOONS FOUR
  • 3 EGGS
  • 1 1/2 TEASPOONS VANILLA EXTRACT
  • 1 (13 OUNCE) CAN EVAPORATED MILK OR 1 1/2 CUPS SWEETED CONDENSED MILK
  • CINNAMON TO YOUR LIKING

Directions
  1. 1. Cake: Sift dry ingredients for the cake. Add eggs, oil and sugar; stir well. Press dough in bottom and up sides of a 11X13 pan.
  2. 2. Filling: mix all filling ingredients together; beat until smooth. Pour filling into cinnamon and bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.

Is baking powder the only dry ing. you sift? How do you pour the filling into the cinnamon?
