Shepards Pie

- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- chopped onion shopping list
- mushroom, I used 1 small can shopping list
- frozen peas shopping list
- canned corn, I used 1 can of white corn shopping list
- garlic shopping list
- black pepper shopping list
- dried herbs shopping list
- crushed red pepper shopping list
- 1-2 tablespoons flour, I used the shake kind used for gravy shopping list
- broth, I used reduced sodium chicken shopping list
- instant mashed potatoes, prepared shopping list
- shredded cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Sautee ground beef & onion in an oven proof pan
- Add pepper, herbs, garlic & crushed red pepper & salt to taste
- Sprinkle with flour, stir
- Add mushrooms, stir
- Layer the peas, drain the corn & then layer
- Top with potaoes
- Place in the oven set at 350 & bake for 20 minutes
- When the gravy starts to bubble, top with chees and bake for another 10 minutes
- Let sit 10 minutes before serving
