I obtained this recipe from an estate sale when I purchased the Duncan Estate in Wylie, Texas in 1988. Enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound veal cutlets
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 can cola
  • 1 medium white onion cut in rings
  • 1 medium green bell pepper cut in rings

Directions
  1. Salt, pepper, and flour steak.
  2. Put 1 tablespoon grease, veal, onion, bell pepper, tomato sauce and cola in skillet in this order.
  3. Cover and cook 45 minutes over low heat.
