Smoked Salmon and Herb Muffins

- 3 cups flour shopping list
- 4 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 2 ounces butter shopping list
- 2 ounces smoked salmon sliced shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped mixed fresh herbs such tarragon, chives, parsley or coriander shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Prepare muffin tins.
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl then stir in sugar and herbs.
- Beat eggs and milk together.
- Melt butter then add milk mixture and butter to the dry ingredients.
- Mix lightly with a fork and spoon into pans.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- Combine salmon and sour cream until well combined and spread over warm muffins.
