My friend, Eileen, sent me this recipe on-line. I made them for the "perfect finishing touch" for dinner one night last week. Just HAD to share this easy quick recipe. Too good not to.

Ingredients
  • 1 tube of jumbo buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/4-cup Italian Dressing (I use Wishbone House)
  • 1/3-cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2-cup freshly shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Directions
  1. Separate biscuits; dip the top of each in salad dressing, then in Parmesan cheese.
  2. Place cheese side up on an ungreased baking sheet’ sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
