I grew up with this and looked forward to mom making it. Now a days I make it and its always a hit. Serve with mashed garlic potatoes and mixed veggies.

Ingredients
  • 12 pieces chicken
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • salt/pepper
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  2. put dry ingredients in a bag and shake chicken
  3. dip in melted marg
  4. bake at 350 for 90 mins
