this is a bit fiddly, but well worth the work

Ingredients
  • 1# cubed pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 salad oil
  • 1 tsp salt / 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 lge green pepper
  • 4 stalks celery / sliced
  • 2 chicken boullion cubes dissoved in 1 cup boiling water
  • i can pineapple tidbits [ save juice]
  • 3 tsp Soya sauce

Directions
  1. Make batter of beaten eggs, flour, salt and pepper
  2. dip cubed porkin batter and fry in oil in a fry pan till brown
  3. add green pepper, and celery
  4. add 1/4 cup bouillion mix
  5. add pinapple and juice
  6. simmer for 15 mins
  7. In a small sauce pan combine 1/2 cup sugar & 3 tbsp cornstarch
  8. blend soya sauce, vinegar, and remaining bouillon mix
  9. stir and cook over med heat until thickened and clear
  10. pour over meat mixture
  11. cover and simmer untill cooked aproxx 1 hour
  12. serve over rice
