How to make it

  • Make batter of beaten eggs, flour, salt and pepper
  • dip cubed porkin batter and fry in oil in a fry pan till brown
  • add green pepper, and celery
  • add 1/4 cup bouillion mix
  • add pinapple and juice
  • simmer for 15 mins
  • In a small sauce pan combine 1/2 cup sugar & 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • blend soya sauce, vinegar, and remaining bouillon mix
  • stir and cook over med heat until thickened and clear
  • pour over meat mixture
  • cover and simmer untill cooked aproxx 1 hour
  • serve over rice
