How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine cornbread,1/2 c enchilada sauce, salt & about 1/4 cup cheese into the beef mix well with hands and shape into 1 inch balls.
  • Bake uncovered 20 min.
  • Heat tomato sauce and remaining enchilada sauce and pour over cooked meatballs. Top with remaining cheese.
