Tamale Meatballs

- 2 cups crumbled corn bread shopping list
- 1 10 oz. can enchilada sauce. divided shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 lbs of ground beef shopping list
- 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese divided shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine cornbread,1/2 c enchilada sauce, salt & about 1/4 cup cheese into the beef mix well with hands and shape into 1 inch balls.
- Bake uncovered 20 min.
- Heat tomato sauce and remaining enchilada sauce and pour over cooked meatballs. Top with remaining cheese.
