Parmesan Zucchini Bread Recipe

Ingredients

3c. flour

3T. grated parmesan

1t. salt

1/2t. baking powder

1/2t. baking soda

2 eggs

1c. buttermilk

1/3c. sugar

1/3c. butter; melted

1c. shredded zucchini

1T. grated onion

Directions

Combine 1st 5 ingredients in a lrg. bowl.

In a second bowl, beat the next 4 ingredients.

Stir wet into dry just until moistened.

Fold in zucchini & onion.

Por into greased loaf pan.

Bake @ 350F for 1 hour or intil toothpick comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes before removing bread from pan to wire rack.
