Portuguese Wine Marinade

- rose wine (enough to cover whatever you are marinading.) shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- Pimenta Muida(see my pimenta recipe, you can sub hot sauce or black pepper) shopping list
- 1 clove of garlic per piece of meat or handfull of veggies shopping list
How to make it
- Place some win in the botton of a large glass bowl.
- Add salt, pepper and garlic.
- Place in item to marinade.
- Mix the mixture and place in refrigerator tightly covered over night.
- Cook items with or withut marinade and enjoy.
- Let soak over night. If you are tight on time, add a few tbs vinegar and xra salt and pepper and it is read to go in an hour.
- You can sub any wine you like as well.
