this is an old family recipe sure to please try it u might like it.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound chuck round
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • one third loaf white bread
  • 1 cup milk
  • ketchup
  • 3 eggs

Directions
  1. mix chuck,onion cubed,bell pepper cubed,eggs,and ketchup.
  2. in a different bowl mix milk and bread
  3. combine with other ingredients mix well
  4. put in baking dish pour
  5. more ketchup on top,cover and bake for 45 minutes,uncover for last 15 minutes.
  6. baking temperature is 400 degrees.
