Sweet and Sour Sauce

- 2 1/2 cups pineapple juice shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup shopping list
- 6 TB corn starch shopping list
- 2 TB crushed garlic shopping list
- 1 TB grated ginger shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all the ingredients together and stir over medium heat with a whisk until thick. Serve immediately.
- Note:
- This can be stored in a tight container in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. Reheat in a sauce pan over low to medium heat before re-serving!
