This a simple side salad, made fast and affordable. First time I had this salad my husband's cousin brought it to a family reuion.

Ingredients
  • 2 15oz cans Red kidney beans
  • 3 small sweet pickles, chopped ( I have also used 3 Tbsp of sweet pickle relish)
  • 1/2 cup celery , diced
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Good Seasons Italian salad dressing

Directions
  1. Drain and rinse beans
  2. Combine all then add dressing.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste, I also add small amout of garlic powder but I love garlic added to most every salad.
