Rhubarb Upside Down Cake

- 5 ½ cups rhubarb, sliced shopping list
- 1/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 ¼ cups sugar shopping list
- 1 package raspberry Jell-O gelatin shopping list
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows shopping list
- 1 yellow cake mix shopping list
How to make it
- Spray 9X13 pan with oil.
- Mix brown sugar and ¼ cup regular sugar together and evenly spread over the bottom of cake pan.
- Spread rhubarb in pan.
- Sprinkle remaining sugar over rhubarb.
- Sprinkle Jell-o over sugar.
- Spread marshmallows over all.
- Make cake according to directions.
- Pour cake batter evenly over rhubarb mixture.
- Bake at 350ºF for about 60 minutes, until cake tests done.
- Cool before serving.
- Serve upside down.
