How to make it

  • Filling:
  • Combine sugar, flour and eggs. Stir to form a thick paste.
  • Fold in rhubarb pieces.
  • Spoon into unbaked pie shell.
  • Crumb Topping:
  • Combine all crumb topping ingredients and mix well.
  • Sprinkle evenly over rhubarb mixture.
  • Bake at 400ºF for 10 min.
  • Reduce heat to 350ºF and bake 40-50 minutes more.
