Rhubarb Crumble Pie

- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 ½ tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 2 ¾ cups coarsely chopped rhubarb shopping list
- 1 - 8” unbaked pie shell shopping list
- Crumb Topping: shopping list
- ½ cup flour shopping list
- ¼ cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/8 cup butter shopping list
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder shopping list
How to make it
- Filling:
- Combine sugar, flour and eggs. Stir to form a thick paste.
- Fold in rhubarb pieces.
- Spoon into unbaked pie shell.
- Crumb Topping:
- Combine all crumb topping ingredients and mix well.
- Sprinkle evenly over rhubarb mixture.
- Bake at 400ºF for 10 min.
- Reduce heat to 350ºF and bake 40-50 minutes more.
