How to make it

  • Place bulgar in large bowl, add boiling water and leave to soak 30 minutes, stirring occasionaly with fork, until water has been absorbed
  • In mixing bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper
  • Pour oil mixture over bulgar, add herbs and mix well
  • Mix in remaining ingredients
  • Cover and chill until ready to serve
  • Serve cold or at room temperature
