PEPPERY BLUE CHEESE DRESSING This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Buckley Estate in Garland, Texas in 1994.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Directions
  1. In a bowl beat all ingredients except cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently stir in cheese and keep refrigerated until ready to use.
